Right of Withdrawal

Shellyspain.com acknowledges the right of withdrawal as provided if the customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person purchasing products for purposes not related to their professional activity, or does not carry out the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form on Shellyspain.com), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without giving explanations and without any penalty, except as indicated in the following point. To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication to Shellyspain.com for this purpose, within 14 days after the order. This communication must be sent by email with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to:

info@shellyspain.com

Or by email always sent within the aforementioned 14-day period and followed by confirmation by letter included in the package attached to the order confirmation received by email

Once the above withdrawal notice has been received, Shellyspain.com Customer Service will immediately inform the customer of the instructions on how to return the products, which must arrive at Shellyspain.com within 14 days of authorization.

However, the right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

The law applies to the purchased product in its entirety;

It is not possible to withdraw only part of the purchased product (e.g., accessories, attached software, etc.);

The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.);

To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, placing it in a second box;

The placement of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging must be avoided in all cases;

By law, the shipping costs for returning goods are borne by the customer;

The shipment, until receipt is certified in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the customer;

In case of damage during transport, Shellyspain.com will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods), so that they can promptly file a complaint with the courier chosen and obtain reimbursement of the value (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request;

Shellyspain.com is not responsible for damage or theft/loss of returned goods shipped uninsured;

Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be inspected to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.

If all the above conditions are met, the refund will be made using the same method used at the time of purchase.
